ABOUT THE STUDIO.
Beaverhausen is a creative studio founded by husband-and-wife team Mimy A. Diar and Ad Luijten.
We explore new design perspectives with physical objects and digital images and operate in the field of product, lighting and furniture design as well as digital art direction.
We are both trained in communicating with images, having previously worked in advertising. Translating the essence into a strong visual message is something we still apply in design today.

A design can tell something about a craft, a material, a history or, for example, a personality of a brand. For us, all these moments of visual communication are aimed at having a meaningful human interaction.
We focus on creating emotional connections by making things graphically simple and invitingly tactile.
